Be a Vegetarian to Protect Mother-Earth
"The Earth is suffering from grave illness."
Global warming is rising. The main reason fro causing the greenhouse effect is caused by rising concentrations of carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide will absorb long-wave radiation from the Sun and so the Earth's temperature increases.
We as children of the world should work together to create awareness of saving energy and planting trees. Therefore, we should behave environmentally-friendly manner as to reduce carbon dioxide's discharge. Deforestation or land cleared for logging is a hazard to the natural habitat of wildlife as forest habitat absorbs greenhouse gas discharge. The Sun is getting stronger and surface temperatures are getting hotter and hotter. Due to the climate change and sea level rises, various kinds of disasters occur such as drought, earthquake, flood and etc.
For the purpose of Earth and for our next generation, what can we do?
What is the reason for not eating meat and help to prevent global warming?
To produce one kilogram of meat, domestic animals have to eat seven kilos of grain. Per kilogram of beef is equivalent to 36.4kg of carbon dioxide production. If we eat one vegetarian meal among three meals a day, per person can reduce up to 0.78kg of carbon dioxide discharge.
If we become vegetarian a year, it is equivalent to 82 trees, why not? Furthermore, if less grain were used to raise animals, the balance grain would become available for other humans.
Although if one mention of vegetarian diet, many people will think of "gluten", "dull" and "tasteless". However, modern vegetarian emphasizes on health where they use natural ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, beans, mushroom and fungi. In order to have different tastes, same ingredients can be use to cook with different sauces and so this may make the ordinary vegetarian dishes become tastier and a feel of freshness. It can also provide a good food alternative and thought to be in conjunction with the body well-being.
To protect our planet and our health, let's be a vegetarian now!

People used to think that becoming a vegetarian one may not get enough nutrition. Actually it is not. I personally feel that no matter what you eat, if you eat incorrectly, for sure you will not get enough nutrition.
Nowadays, many people take more vegetables rather than meat. Go green and you may live a healthy life and the earth will be protected. As a result, eat less meat or none, can help to protect our earth, why not? Go vegetable, save more grains from animals to reduce carbon dioxide discharge.
